11.2 The amount You have staked which represents Your current exposure at any time is referred to as the “Total Bet”, or any other equivalent term as described in the Game and/or Game Rules from time to time. This will determine Your betting limit.
11.3 The Operator will calculate Your Available to Bet balance, from time to time, as well as settling other bets made by You with other users through Your participation in the Games.
11.4 The Operator’s calculations of Your Reserved Amount, Your Available to Bet balance and any amounts owed by You in terms of these T&Cs will be final and, in the absence of any manifest error, will not be subject to any enquiry, challenge or investigation.
11.5 The Operator will both on a market basis and in general set off any losses against any gains made to Your balance.
11.6 When You have matched a bet on the Website, the Operator will hold the amount staked awaiting the outcome of the event, and declare a winner. At this point the bet is binding and cannot be cancelled or withdrawn. Nor can any amount held by the Operator in this respect be withdrawn.
11.7 You may participate in a Game only if You have sufficient funds on Your Member Account for such participation. The Operator does not grant any credit for the use of its services and will not give You any credit for participation in any Game.
11.8 Information required to deposit funds into Your Member Account, can be found under “My Account” and “Deposit” pages of the Website. You can use any of the methods available to You as specified on these pages as may be amended from time to time. Please note that some of the methods may not be available in some jurisdictions.
11.9 Depending on the method selected for deposits, such deposits can incur charges. For current fees regarding depositing funds, see "My Account" and "Deposit" for each deposit method. Your bank or other payment service provider may independently charge You for bank wire transfers and other methods of payment.
11.10 The Operator accepts payments made in several currencies. Please note that any potential exchange premiums or charges are payable by You.
11.11 When using a credit or debit card for depositing funds, Your funds only clear when the Operator has received an irrevocable approval and authorisation code. Should the Operator not receive such approval and code Your Member Account will not be credited with those funds.
11.12 The Operator reserves the right to use additional procedures and means to verify Your identity when effecting deposits into Your Member Account.

12.2 The Operator retains the right, at its absolute discretion, to stop offering any of its Games at any point. Any money staked or bets placed on such Game will be refunded back to You by the Operator.
12.3 Any bet You place on the Website and Games will be governed by the version of these T&Cs and Game Rules valid at the time of the bet’s acceptance.
12.4 A bet is deemed to have been accepted as soon as it is received on the Operator system, validated and processed. Confirmation is then sent to Your device or computer with a unique number and/or time stamp.
12.5 The Operator retains the absolute right and discretion to decline to accept bets on any Game without providing any reason.
12.6 The list of all the bets You place and the respective details are available to You on Your Member Account.
12.7 Should the Operator decide to close Your account for any reason as explained in these T&Cs, bets which have already been placed will not be voided and You will be paid any winnings and/or unwagered deposits, unless there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.
12.8 A bet which You place and confirm, cannot be amended, withdrawn or cancelled for any reason.
12.9 When You place a bet on the Website and Games, You acknowledge that You have read, understood and agree to these T&Cs and Game Rules.

However, and without prejudice to any other clause within these T&Cs, the Operator reserves the right to forfeit and withhold any winnings should there be investigations into the result of an event resulting from a suspicion of criminal activities that may have affected the result of the event. If the irregularity is confirmed, then the Operator retains the right to void any related bets and resultant winnings if any.
12.11 If bets, which exceed any stipulated limits, are erroneously accepted by the Operator, the excess amount will be disregarded, and the bet amount placed will be revised accordingly and the difference paid back to the party and counterparty of the bet.
12.12 Communication errors do occasionally happen. Bets are confirmed only when received on the Operator's servers in Malta. Should there be a break in communication after You offer a bet, and such bet is received by the Operator's servers prior to the communication break, such bet will still be considered valid. You will be informed that Your bet has been accepted once communication is re-established at which time the bet may have been already utilised. You will receive information about the outcome of the bet placed. If the bet offer is not received at the Operator servers then it will not stand, and the bet amount will not have been taken from Your Member Account.
12.13 If a Game is started but fails or produces an inexact result due to a breakdown of the Game account management software and/or of the Game and/or of the random number generator, all the stakes and wins coming from that Game will be cancelled and the Game account balance will be restored to its position prior to the start of the Game. In this case the funds You bet will be returned to Your Member Account.
12.14 If You disconnect Your session with the Operator during an active Game, the amount of funds You will have staked will be returned to Your Member Account. When applicable, amounts of un-wagered stakes will be returned to Your Member Account and confirmed bets will be processed and winnings will be credited to Your Member Account, if any.
12.15 The Operator endeavours to make no mistakes when quoting paytables; if any mistake is inadvertently made, the Operator reserves the right to modify the payout ratios even once the event has finished (when applicable).
12.16 In the event of software or RNG malfunctioning, the bet will be considered null and void and the amount of the stake will be returned to You.
12.17 The Operator reserves the right to change the prize of a promotion if it cannot be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure. In this case, the Operator shall ensure that the You are placed in at least the same, if not better, position.

13.2 If the Operator mistakenly credits Your Member Account with winnings that do not belong to You, whether due to a technical or human error or otherwise, You are obliged to notify the Operator immediately by email. Such amount will remain the property of the Operator and the amount will be transferred from Your Member Account back to the Operator. If You withdraw the funds erroneously transferred to You before the Operator becomes aware of such error, the amount erroneously paid will constitute a civil debt owed by You to the Operator in terms of applicable law.
13.3 The Operator reserves the right to carry out additional verification procedures at any time.

Sportsbook Rules
Version 1.0 February 2025
General
•These Sportsbook Rules (Sportsbook Rules) establish the terms and conditions that govern the betting activities in the Operator's Sportsbook. By placing a bet, an Account Holder (referred to as the “user/s” in the Operator Terms and Conditions) confirms that it has read, understood and agrees to comply with these Sportsbook Rules, as well as the Operator’s general Terms and Conditions.
• The Operator reserves the right to update, amend, or revise these Sportsbook Rules at any time, in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Account Holders will be notified in advance of any updates, and changes will take effect upon their acceptance of the revised Sportsbook Rules.
• The Operator reserves the right to modify its website, mobile applications, betting limits, payout limits, sports betting rules, and any other offerings related to its sportsbook operations.
• The Operator reserves the right to modify any line, odds, bet price, or payoff prior to the acceptance of a bet with the Account Holder’s confirmation. Bets may be accepted at other than posted odds upon Account Holder confirmation. It is the Account Holders’ responsibility to verify all bet details before confirming bets.
• The Operator determines the minimum and maximum bet amounts across all events on its platform. Maximum bet limits will be determined prior to bet acceptance.
• The Operator reserves the right to refuse, limit, or delete any bet or selection(s) prior to bet acceptance.
• All bets are deemed to have been placed by the individual Account Holder and not on behalf of any other person or entity. The Operator will void any bets made on behalf of others.
• In the event of a conflict between displayed odds and a stipulation or match comment associated with the event bet, the stipulation or match comment will prevail. Account Holders are responsible for understanding all conditions, rules, and stipulations affecting markets in which they bet.
• The Operator will maintain a log of all point spreads, odds, final scores, and related statistics for use in resolving disputes arising from computer, mechanical, technical, or human Errors. The Operator reserves the right to correct such Errors in placed bets, at its sole discretion.
• The Operator prohibits the use of its platform for any fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activity, including the use of automated tools, collusion, or attempts to manipulate odds or outcomes. Any use of the platform in violation of this clause may result in account suspension or closure.
• All bets and activities on the Operator’s platform must comply with applicable laws and regulations. The Operator will not offer prohibited markets. Account Holders are solely responsible for ensuring their participation is lawful in their jurisdiction. These Sportsbook Rules shall be governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where the Operator is licensed and operating.
• Should an Account Holder have any concerns, complaints, claims, disputes, suggestions, or questions regarding any outcome of a bet, services, or any other activity, please reference the “Complaints and Dispute Resolution” section of the Operator’s general Terms and Conditions.
Bet Acceptance
• Account Holders are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their betslip before placing a bet. Once a bet is accepted by both parties, the terms cannot be altered or voided, except at the sole discretion of the Operator under its cancellation and voiding policies.
• Unless a bet is accepted in Error, it will remain valid and cannot be withdrawn once confirmed by the Account Holder. It is the Account Holder’s responsibility to ensure that all details of the placed bets are correct.
• A bet is not considered valid until confirmation of acceptance has been received and the bet appears in the Account Holder’s bet history.
• If any bet, market, or event is impacted by an Error as described in these terms and conditions—such as a technical issue, incorrect market participants, incorrectly posted or misaligned odds, or accumulative bets involving related outcomes—the Operator reserves the right to amend the settlement, cancel the affected bet(s), or void the market(s) in accordance with its cancellation and voiding policies.
• These and any other actions will be taken at the Operator's discretion and in compliance with applicable jurisdictional regulations, with impacted Account Holders being notified accordingly.
• The Operator limits net payouts to €200,000 per Account Holder bet, calculated as winnings minus the stake. Bet stakes must be between €0.10 and €50,000, subject to market-specific exceptions.
• The daily max win amount per Account Holder is €500,000.
• The Operator reserves the right to accept a bet request from an Account Holder up to a specified amount. For example, if an Account Holder requests a €500 bet, the Operator may accept the full amount or a reduced amount, depending on the assessed risk associated with the bet.
Errors Management
• An "Error" refers to any unintended mistake or irregularity, including but not limited to typographical Errors, miscommunications, technical failures, issues with registration or transactions, unexpected disruptions, or external events beyond our control, all of which may compromise the accuracy or fairness of a bet or market.
• Examples of such Errors include, but are not limited to, bets accepted during technical issues that would not normally have been permitted, pre-match bets placed on events that have already started, in-play bets placed on events where the outcome is already known, or bets placed on markets with incorrect or mismatched participants.
• Errors also include bets placed at odds that are significantly inconsistent with the general market at the time of placement, bets placed at odds reflecting an incorrect score or game state, and bets made at odds that do not accurately reflect the likelihood of an event occurring at the time the bet was placed. Furthermore, an Error may occur if an accumulative betslip contains outcomes that are correlated or dependent on each other.
• If any bet, market, or event is affected by an Error, the Operator reserves the right to amend the settlement, cancel the affected bet(s), or void the market(s) in accordance with its cancellation and voiding policies. Such actions will be taken at the Operator's discretion and in compliance with applicable regulations, with the impacted Account Holder being notified accordingly.
Voiding of Bets
• Voided bets will be settled at odds of 1.00. For combination bets, if one event or market is voided, the remaining valid selections will remain, with the odds adjusted accordingly.
• The Operator reserves the right to cancel or void bets in the following circumstances:
-
Markets were mistakenly offered after the outcome of the bet was already known.
-
Odds were incorrectly displayed or calculated, with Errors verified by comparison to alternative prices in the general betting market.
-
The outcome of a market cannot be officially verified.
-
A match does not conform to generally accepted formats (e.g., unusual period length, match structure, or counting procedures).
-
A match is not completed or played due to disqualification, interruption, withdrawal, or changes in draws.
• Bets may also be voided, even if settled, under the following conditions:
• The result was influenced by illegal activity.
-
The outcome was manipulated by internal or external parties (e.g., match fixing).
-
Syndicate betting is detected.
-
Correlated outcomes were offered at an incorrect price.
• The Operator reserves the right to take such actions as it reasonably deems necessary to uphold the integrity of its markets and in accordance with applicable regulations.
• If data transmission is delayed and/or TV reporting is time-delayed during live bets, resulting in a major change in the run of play not being considered in the odds, the Operator reserves the right to evaluate any bets placed and declare them invalid.
General Betting Rules
• Special betting rules apply to certain sports and betting markets and take precedence over the general betting rules. These special rules are in addition to the general rules and are further supplemented by specific rules that apply to certain betting markets, as outlined in the Sports Specific Rules section.
• If the participant on which the bet has been placed does not take part in the event, for any reason, but the event itself proceeds, the bet will be considered a loss. However, if the entire event is cancelled or does not occur, all bets placed on the event will be deemed invalid and bets will be void. In some cases, this may vary depending on specific event circumstances. Please refer to the Sport Specific Rules section for further details.
• Only a player who scores for his own team is the point-scoring player/goal scorer. For example, this would be applicable to football with an “own goal” scoring not counting as a goal for anyone on the opposing team, awarded the goal.
• Dead heat: If two or more participants in a sporting event are declared winners, the betting odds will be divided accordingly rather than paid out in full. This is common in golf bets for Top 10, 15, etc. If the chosen golfer is tied for that placement, the payout changes based on how many players have tied.
• Long-term Bets: These bets are typically offered on the outcome of major events or tournaments. For example, a bet may ask: Which soccer team will win the World Cup? Who will win the Wimbledon tennis tournament? Will any team achieve a 16-0 regular season record in the Super Bowl? These bets are settled based on the outcome of the event or tournament, regardless of whether all listed participants take part. If the participant or team on which the bet was placed fails to compete or withdraws, all stakes for the long-term bet will be forfeited and graded as a loss.
• Live bets: These bets are explicitly open to betting even after the event has begun. The odds are continually adjusted to the current run of play. The Operator does not acknowledge or accept any liability whatsoever if it is not possible to place a bet or the live score update is not correct. At all times it is the Account Holder's responsibility to be aware of the match and the events surrounding it such as the current score, its progression and how much time remains before the match is completed. The Operator does not accept any liability for changes to the Live betting schedule or interruption of the Live betting service. Once the Operator has accepted a live bet, such a bet can no longer be cancelled by the Account Holder. The general betting rules and the sport-specific rules also apply to live bets.
• Prematch Bets: These are bets placed prior to the event starting. For more specific information on bets, view the Sport Specific Rules section below.
• All information provided by the Operator is without guarantee. In particular: starting times, results, statistics, live scores, etc. may change without the Operator’s knowledge or may be incorrectly transmitted by third-party odds providers.
• The Operator assumes no liability for the accuracy of supplementary contest details (e.g., league cup, friendly match), adjusted playing durations (e.g., short or indoor tournaments), or venue information (e.g., neutral ground). These factors have no impact on the payout of winnings.
• In cases of uncertainty in the event details, the final decision of all events is based on the official evaluation by the respective governing body.
BET TYPES
Bet Type Overview:
• Single, Combination, and System Bets (e.g. Round Robin). Restrictions may apply to certain types, such as limiting to one (1) selection per certain event in some cases, etc.
Standard Market Definitions:
• “Money Line” refers to betting on outright winners of an event, without considering point spreads, totals or other markets.
• "3-Way" is betting on a match winner with 3 possible outcomes (Home win, Away win, or Draw) of which only one is a winning outcome. Betting this market means in the case of a draw, bets on either team will be considered a loss.
• "Total" (aka Over/Under) is based on the total number of points scored in a game or event by each or both the competitors. The Total is set at a specific line with outcomes listed as either over or under the listed amount. As with Point Spread/Handicap betting, in those circumstances where the result of the game or event Total point scored is exactly equal to the betting line, then all bets on this offer will be declared void and stake returned to the Account Holder. A Total can also be set on any number of predefined occurrences (e.g., goals, points, touchdowns, rebounds, yards, etc.). Overtime points do not apply to 4th quarter or 2nd half markets unless listed otherwise. Refer to Sports Specific Rules sections for more information.
Handicap Markets:
• "Handicap" is where it is possible to bet on whether the chosen outcome will be successful once the listed handicap is added/subtracted (as applicable) to the handicap to which the bet refers to:
-
"2-way Handicap": In those circumstances where the result after the adjustment of the handicap line is exactly equal to the betting line, then all bets on this offer will be declared void. For instance: a bet on a handicap of -3 would be declared void if the team chosen wins the match by exactly the 3 point difference (3-0, 4-1, 5-2, etc.). In the case of a half point being involved, -2.5 for example means the outcome must be decided by 3 points or greater on that selected team to win the bet. This is different if it is +2.5, as it gives the Account Holder 2.5 points to work with. The team selected can win or lose by 2 points or less to win the bet. If the Account Holder bets on +2.5 and the handicap is decided by 3 points or more in favour of the other side, that would be a losing bet.
-
"3-way Handicap”: This is when a draw, or tie, is factored into the betting odds. If the event ends in a draw, both sides will be graded a loser, and the draw option, a winner. This is the case in a 1-1, 2-2, 4-4 game, etc.
Proposition Markets:
• A “Correct Score Bet” allows Account Holders to bet on the precise score of an event. To win, the exact outcome must match the result at the end of the specified period of the event (e.g., halftime or fulltime for a soccer match).
• "Odd/Even" is betting on the final number in any given market to be odd or even. For example, “first goal scorer jersey number in football to be odd” would mean the player to score the first goal must have an odd jersey number (3, 7, 13, etc.) for that bet to be graded a winner. If a bet is placed on an odd jersey number and the jersey of the goal scorer is even (2, 4, 12, etc.), that would be a losing bet.
Special Markets:
• “Race to X Points/Goals” and similar markets refer to wagering on the team or participant that first reaches the specified number of points, goals, or events. If a time frame is included in the bet (e.g., "Race to 2 goals in the first 10 minutes"), the bet will only be settled if one of the selections achieves the specified total within the given time. If "Neither" is listed as an option, it will be settled as the winner if no team or participant reaches the specified total.
• "First/Next occurrence" and similar bet offers refer to the team/participant scoring/winning the listed occurrence. For the settlement of these offers, no reference to events happening prior to the listed occurrence will be taken into consideration. For example, if a soccer team had 3 yellow cards prior to a bet being placed on the next yellow card, those 3 prior yellow cards will not be taken into account. Should the listed outcome not occur within the stated timeframe (if any), all bets will be declared void, unless otherwise stated. Bets referring to the happening of a particular occurrence in a pre-defined time order, such as "First Yellow Card", or "Next Team to receive penalty minutes" will be settled as void if it is not possible to decide the winning outcome.
• "Team to score first and win" refers to the listed team scoring the first point in the match, and afterwards winning the match. Should there be no point in the match all bets will be settled as void, unless “no points” is available as an option.
Performance-Based Markets:
• A "clean sheet" refers to the listed team preventing their opponent from scoring any points during the event.
• Any reference to "to win to nil" indicates that the listed team must win a match while not conceding a goal during the event.
• Any reference for a team to win all halves/periods/quarters (e.g., “Team to win both halves”) means that the listed team must score more points than its opponent during the specified halves/periods/quarters of the match. A draw in any half/period/quarter results in a losing outcome for that bet.
• "Highest scoring period" is where a bet can be placed on which time interval (quarter, third, half, period, inning, etc.) will have the highest total points (runs, goals, etc.).
Combination and Outcome-Specific Markets:
• "Double Chance" bet is a single bet that covers two possible outcomes of a match or event with three potential results (e.g., a 90-minute soccer match). The available options are: Home/Draw, Home/Away, and Draw/Away. Double Chance bets are settled at the end of Regular Time.
• "3-way & total" is one of the several pre-defined combination bets available. A bet can be placed on a combination of 2 separate markets and one must win both selections to win the bet. In this case, the Account Holder is betting on the 3-way market and the total predefined occurrence (points, goals, runs, etc.) market.
• “Winning Margin” is a bet type that allows bets on the outcome of an event by selecting a specific range (or band) of points that separates the winning team from the losing team. For example, a bet could be placed on a winning margin between 1 and 6. Should the selected individual/team score over their opponent by 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 points, the bet will be settled as a win.
• "Halftime/Fulltime" is where it is possible to bet on the halftime result and the final outcome of the match. Both must occur for the bet to be graded a winner. For example, if at halftime the score is 50-50 and the match ends 102-100, the winning outcome is Tie/Away Team (the team scoring 102). The bet is void if the Regular Time of the match is played in a different time format than those listed in the bet. For example, in baseball, halftime is defined as the first 5 innings of a game. Similarly, “Period Betting” for hockey is available (i.e., 1st Period Result, 2nd period result, etc.)
Unique and Specialized Markets:
• "To go into overtime" is where a bet can be placed on whether the event will end with a tie in regulation, which would then require overtime to determine the winner. For example, if a basketball game after 4 quarters ends with a score of 81-81, it will go into an overtime period to determine the winner which would make selection “Yes” a winning selection. If the result is a tie after regulation, the winning selection is “Yes”, and if it’s not tied, then the winning selection would be no.
• "Team with highest scoring quarter" is a 3-way bet where a bet can be placed on which team will score the highest number of predefined occurrences (runs, goals, points, etc.) in any of the separate periods (quarters, halves, innings, periods, etc.).
• "Period bets" (Quarter / Half / Period X) refer to the result achieved in the relevant timeframe. This does not include any other points tallied from other parts of the event. Bets will be voided if the match is played in any other format but the one stipulated in the offer.
Aggregate and Multi-Event Markets:
• “Grand Salami” allows bets to be placed on the total combined outcomes, such as runs, goals, or points, across a set of listed events. For the bet to stand, all relevant events must be completed unless the outcome has already been determined and cannot be affected by remaining events. For example, if the total runs scored in a day of baseball games is set at 104, bets on the "over" win if more than 104 runs are scored, while bets on the "under" win if fewer than 104 runs are scored. If the total is exactly 104, bets are typically voided unless otherwise specified.
Other Bet Types:
• "Jump ball winner" (or “Which team will kickoff”, “who has first serve”, etc.) is where it is possible to bet on which team will start the match with offense. This does not include a coin flip - it is decided based on which team gains first possession.
• "Outright" betting is where it is possible to choose from a list of alternatives and bet on the eventuality that a participant wins or places within a specified position in the classification of the listed event/competition. If two or more participants share the applicable finishing positions and no odds have been offered for a drawn outcome, refer to the dead heat grading explanation. No bets will be refunded on participants/outcomes that are not participating or withdrawing from an event (both prior and during), unless otherwise stated.
• "Range betting" is a multiple selection bet where it is possible to bet on the (interim or final) total of a predefined occurrence (e.g., goals, points, corners, rebounds, penalty minutes, runs, etc.) falling within a specified range. Outcomes are typically expressed as X-Y, meaning the total must fall between X and Y, or X+, meaning the total must be X or higher. For example, if a soccer match ends with a score of 2:0, and the listed outcomes are 0-1, 2-3 and 4+, the winning outcome would be 2-3, as there were 2 goals which are included in the 2-3 outcome.
• "To qualify" is a bet type where a bet can be placed on which team will advance to the next stage of the competition. This is different from a moneyline bet. Market (e.g., "to reach the final" markets) will be determined by the competitor or team that progresses, whether they take part in the next round or event for which they have qualified. Markets will be settled after the qualifying stage and any subsequent disqualification or amendment to the result will not apply to the bet settlement.
• "Number of” (goals, points, etc.) bet offers the possibility to bet on the minimum number of predetermined occurrences. If possible outcomes are 1+, 2+, 3+, 4+, etc. It means that this bet can have several winning outcomes. Each of these outcomes means that is the minimum amount of points, goals, runs, etc. needed to occur in the event. For instance, if an ice hockey match's final score is 3-0, the winning selections would consist of 1+, 2+ and 3+ goals. Anything above 4+ goals and higher would be graded a losing bet.
• "Team to win either period" is where it is possible to bet on either team to win any of separate periods (half, third, quarter, period, inning) within a match/event.
• "Both teams to score" is where it is possible to bet on whether both teams will score a point (goal, basket, run, etc.) or not. For example, in soccer, if a final score is 2:1, the winning outcome would be “Yes” because both teams scored at least 1 goal.
• "Both teams to score at least X" is where it is possible to bet on whether both teams will score at least a certain pre-defined number of points (goals, baskets, runs, etc.). In basketball, if a final score is 82-91 and the number of points needed was 70, the winning outcome would be “Yes” because both teams scored at least 70 points.
BETSLIP TYPES
• "Combination bet" is a bet placed on multiple outcomes to occur. For a combination bet to win, all outcomes within the combination must be selected correctly. The odds for each pick are multiplied by one another to determine the odds for the combination. A bet made as a combination bet shall never include two or more selections where the outcomes might turn out to be related. Although the Operator takes all necessary steps to prevent such possibilities, if such an event were to take place, the Operator RESERVES THE RIGHT, SOLELY AT ITS OWN DISCRETION, TO DECLARE VOID ALL PARTS OF THE COMBINATION BET WHICH INCLUDE THE CORRELATED OUTCOMES.
• “Bet Builder” is a betslip combining multiple selections from the same event and is dependent on all of the selections winning. Settlement of these bets will be based on the following criteria:
-
In the event that a Bet Builder contains a selection applicable to a player who did not participate in the game/match (“Non-Participating Player”), the Bet Builder will be settled as void. A player will be considered a Non-Participating Player as set forth in the Sport Rules for that sport.
-
In the event a Bet Builder contains at least one (1) selection which is settled as void, then the whole Bet Builder will be settled as void, irrespective of whether the Bet Builder contains other winning or losing selections, unless the game associated with the Bet Builder is abandoned. A game will be considered abandoned as set forth in the Sport Specific Rules for that sport.
-
In the event the game associated with the Bet Builder is abandoned:
-
A Bet Builder that contains a selection applicable to a Non-Participating Player will be settled as void.
-
A Bet Builder will be settled as void if it includes a selection that is void and does not include a selection that was settled as lost prior to the abandonment of the game associated with the Bet Builder
-
A Bet Builder will be settled as a loss in the event the Bet Builder contains selections that settled as lost before the game associated with the Bet Builder was abandoned, provided the Bet Builder does not contain a selection applicable to a Non-Participating Player.
-
If all selections in the Bet Builder were already winners at the time of abandonment, the Bet Builder would be settled as a win.
-
-
In the event a selection is a tie, and no tie outcome is offered for that selection, then the Bet Builder will be settled as lost.
-
Further settlement rules for Bet Builders are provided within the relevant Sport Specific Sections of these Rules. All Sports Specific rules also apply to Bet Builder. In the event of a conflict between the Sport Specific Rules and the Bet Builder rules within that sport specific section, the Bet Builder rules prevail.
• “System Bet” is an easy way to bet multiple combinations with a single bet. Example: If an Account Holder wanted to bet a round robin with the three selections below: Liverpool -1.5 (-110); Barcelona -2.5 (-110); Manchester United +3.5 (-110). combination 1: Liverpool -1.5 (-110) AND Barcelona -2.5 (-110) to win. combination 2: Liverpool -1.5 (-110) AND Manchester United +3.5 (-110) to win. combination 3: Manchester United +3.5 (-110) AND Barcelona -2.5 (-110) to win.
• “Boosted Odds / Odds Boosts” is a market type where the Operator enhances the payout by offering higher than normal odds on a specified bet.
• “Flex Combi” is a combination bet that offers an Account Holder the option to select a minimum number of correct selections needed to win. For example, if an Account Holder places a 5-leg combination, the Account Holder has the option to select a minimum number of correct selections required to win the bet.
-
If an Account Holder selects a 5-leg Flex Combi and opts that at least 3 legs will win, the Account Holder’s bet will be graded a winning bet, if any three of the 5 legs are graded winners.
-
If a selection of a Flex Combi becomes a push/void/cancel, the betslip will automatically be adjusted accordingly. Using the example above, if a selection is cancelled on a 5-leg Flex Combi, the combination will be reduced to a 4-leg Flex Combi.
-
In the case that enough selections are pushed/voided/cancelled, resulting in the Flex Combi becoming 1 leg or fewer, the Flex Combi will be voided, and funds will be returned to the Account Holder. A Flex Combi requires more than one selection.
-
In the case of a 4 of 6 leg Flex Combi, if 4 legs void, the bet voids. In the case of 3 of 5 leg Flex Combi, if 3 legs void, the bet voids. This is the same for any amount of a Flex Combi: if the amount of legs selected needed to hit matches the number of voids on the betslip, the entire bet voids.
CASH-OUT
• Cash Out Functionality: The Cash Out feature allows Account Holders to redeem a bet before it is settled by accepting the current value offered. This option is available on selected events, both pre-match and live, for single and combination betslips. If a Cash Out request is successful, the bet is settled immediately, and subsequent events related to the original bet are disregarded.
• Terms and Limitations: the Operator reserves the right to offer, deny, suspend, or disable the Cash Out feature at its discretion. In the case of Errors affecting a Cash Out outcome, adjustments or cancellations may be made per general cancellation rules. The availability of this feature is not guaranteed, and the Operator accepts no liability for its unavailability.
BONUSES
• The Operator may, at its sole discretion, award bonuses to Account Holders who meet specified eligibility criteria. Bonuses are subject to applicable Bonus Terms and the Operator’s general Terms and Conditions, as may be updated from time to time.
• Any awarded bonus will be automatically credited to the Account Holder’s account, after opt-in.
GENERAL SETTLEMENT RULES
• Markets will include overtime unless otherwise stated.
• Markets are typically settled within a short period after the event ends. The Operator reserves the right to re-evaluate a market settled in Error (for example, a human or technical Error) and will correct the settlement based on the official result.
• If a match is interrupted or postponed, please review the sport-specific settlement rules section on how those bets will be settled. The Operator will settle bets once the league has finalized a decision on the event's schedule.
• In conjunction with the Voiding of Bets section of this document, the Operator reserves the right to void bets under the following circumstances: if markets remain open while displaying an incorrect score that impacts or affects the odds offered; if odds were offered with an incorrect match time; if the team name(s) or category are displayed incorrectly; if the market remains open after events such as score changes or red/yellow cards have taken place; and/or if the market was opened with a missing or incorrect red card.
• "Section" (e.g., Half, Quarter, Period, Inning, Overtime, Shootout) markets are considered for that specific section only unless otherwise stated.
• If a competition is not fully completed and the eventual market winner is unknown, all bets will be voided and settled at the odds of 1.00.
• Settlement of markets held over more than 1 round/stage (e.g., Season Bets), will only consider amendments affecting bets which settlement has not been decided yet. Such measures must be announced by the governing association before the last scheduled round/stage will be considered. Any changes affected after this date, or else referring to bets which have already been settled based on events happening during the event/competition will not be considered. Unless otherwise specified within the offer, implied by the official competition rules or announced beforehand as being the official format for that particular event, any changes from the default sport/event/competition format that result in the Operator offering odds/lines/totals which are incongruent with the revised playing format, will result in the voiding of the bets affected by the format change. Offers where the format change does not preclude the organizing association from declaring a winner (e.g., Season winner), irrespective of whether there will be a continuation of play or not, revised length of season/competition, etc., will be settled according to the result issued by the governing association, granted that said result is issued as per the timeframes listed below and is congruent to the odds/lines/totals available at time of offer publishing. The following settlement provisions apply in such cases:
-
Should the governing association declare a relevant outcome within 3 months from the last game played before the interruption (be it final classification, cancellation, or intentions to resume play), markets will be determined accordingly.
-
In case no applicable official communication/result is issued within 3 months from the last game played before the interruption, markets will be settled in accordance with the last classification/rankings available, regardless of number of games played/current stage/phase of the competition.
-
Markets which refer to whether a team/participant will reach a subsequent phase of the competition (e.g., Playoffs) will be settled as void should there be any changes to the format/number of participants scheduled to contest that particular phase or if that particular phase is not played at all, unless an outcome based on the market connotations at the time of bet publishing has already been determined and the change in number of applicable games bears no influence on the outcome of the offer.
-
Markets which odds are dependent/based on a full schedule of games being played (e.g., Over/Under Wins in the Regular Season/Points in the League), will be declared void should the number of games played end up being different than originally scheduled at the time of publishing, unless an outcome has already been determined and the change in number of applicable games bears no influence on the outcome of the offer.
• If an event is abandoned and is scheduled to restart from the beginning, any bets placed before the abandonment that cannot be settled based on the play prior to abandonment will be declared void, regardless of when the game is resumed.
SPORT SPECIFIC RULES
BASEBALL
• These rules apply to all baseball leagues, including Major League Baseball, the CPBL, and other baseball leagues globally. All settlements are based on the results and statistics provided by the relevant league’s governing body (e.g., Major League Baseball).
• Race to x runs:
-
“If an inning ends before the Xth-run is reached” (incl. extra-innings) - this market is considered voided, unless this market is offered as a 3-Way Market.
-
“When will the match be decided” - Market will be settled as “Any extra inning” if at the end of regular time (After a full 9 Innings) the match finishes in a draw, regardless of whether overtime (extra-innings) is played.
-
“Will there be extra innings” - Market will be settled as “Yes” if at the end of regular time (After full 9 Innings) the match finishes in a draw, regardless of whether overtime (extra-innings) is played.
-
“Result of player Xth-time at bat” - If an intentional walk is signaled, it will count as plate appearance and the market is considered void.
-
“Player to strike out Xth-time at bat” - If an intentional walk is signaled, it will count as plate appearance despite it not being an official at bat and the market is considered void. This is because it is statistically scored as a base on balls.
• Important:
-
Possible extra innings are considered in full game markets unless otherwise stated.
-
The names of the markets may not reflect the actual terms used in baseball. Please take note of the following legend for the actual terms used in baseball:
-
Period = Inning.
-
Overtime (OT) = Extra-Inning.
-
Points = Runs.
-
Halftime = Result after 9th half-inning (after 5th inning top).
-
-
A fielder's choice does not count as a base hit. A base hit is defined as a single, double, triple or home run in the official box score.
• Settlement and cancellation rules:
• All markets will be cleared according to the result after 9 innings (8 1⁄2 innings if the home team is leading at this point).
-
In the case of a postponed match, game markets are considered void unless the match continues within 48 hours of the official start time. All fully decided markets will be settled. For player related markets, the game must be resumed within 5 hours of the delay for bets to stand.
-
For Money Line bets to stand, a minimum of at least 5 full innings must be played, unless the team batting in the bottom half of the inning is leading after 4 ½ innings for bets to stand. If the game is called after this point is reached, and a result is issued by the official organization, then the winner is determined by the score after the last full inning, or at the time the game is called if the home team ties the game or takes the lead in the bottom half of the inning.
-
Bets placed on Most Hits, Home Runs, O/U Hits, O/U Home Runs etc., are subject to being void should ½ inning less than the number of scheduled innings are not played in a game, except where the total has already gone over the listed value which will result in bets on the over being settled as winners and bets on the under being settled as losers. For total bets to be action, the game must go at least 9 innings, or 8.5 if the home team is ahead except in the case where the over has already hit, those markets will grade as a win and the under as a loss if the game is deemed official (once the visiting team has made 15 outs (five innings) and the home team is either leading (after 4.5 innings) or has made 15 outs.
-
All other pre-game prop bets require at least ½ inning less than the number of pre-game scheduled innings to be completed for bets to see action. Where the result of the prop is already determined prior to the minimum number of innings being completed (i.e., Race to X runs), bets will be settled based on results already recorded.
-
Live bets placed on current, next inning, or future inning result or props must see all specified innings completed for bets to have action.
-
MLB Daily Specials: All games scheduled to be played on the listed date must be played to completion (an official result) for bets to stand, unless the outcome has been unequivocally determined.
- For example, if 15 games are scheduled on a given day, and one of the games was postponed/rescheduled to another date due weather, markets that were unequivocally decided would be settled (e.g., “Any team to score X+ runs” would be settled if a team scored the number of runs listed in one of the other games). However, markets affected by the postponement would be voided (ex. Highest scoring game).
• If markets remain open with an incorrect score or incorrect match status which has a significant impact on the prices, the Operator reserves the right to void the bet.

Pitching proposition markets will stand if the pitcher makes at least one pitch as the listed starting pitcher. Proposition markets offered for players not in the starting lineup are considered void.

If a match does not finish in a tie, but overtime is played for qualification purposes, the markets will be settled according to the result at the end of regular time.
-
If a match is postponed or abandoned and is continued within 48 hours of the previous scheduled start time, then all open bets will be settled with the final result. If the match is not started within 48 hours, then all undecided bets are considered void.
-
If a game starts and is suspended before 43 minutes are played, all bets will be voided unless already determined. For example, if a player already hit his over 40 minutes into the game that will still be a winning bet.

• General Boxing Rules:
-
Results will be based on the official result at ringside except for a technical draw (the rules for which are set out in the “Technical Decision / Draw” section below).
-
Results are not official for betting purposes until verified by officials at the fighting venue. If for some reason official verification does not occur at the fighting venue, then (and only then) a reference will be made to www.boxrec.com for settlement purposes. Should an official or unofficial sanctioning body overturn a fight decision based on an appeal, suspension, lawsuit, drug testing result or any other fighter sanction, this will not be recognized for betting purposes.
-
Should there be a change in the way a contest is advertised (e.g., a contest changes from a title fight to a non-title fight) bets will stand.
-
In fights where the scheduled number of rounds changes, all bets will stand unless the result would be automatically determined by the change in the number of rounds (in which case, such bets will be voided). For example, if a fight gets changed from a 12 to a 10-round fight, bets on rounds 11 and 12 will be void.
• Round Betting/Total Rounds:

-
For “Will the Fight Go the Distance” (or similarly titled) markets, should the scheduled number of rounds change, this market will be made void. In the event of a technical decision, for settlement purposes, the fight will have been deemed NOT to have gone the distance (i.e., the scheduled number of rounds).
-
For Total Rounds settlement purposes, 1 minute and 30 seconds (or whatever half of the regularly scheduled round time equals) will represent half a round. For example, for a bet on “Over 2.5 rounds” to be a winner, the fight must last beyond 1 minute and 30 seconds in round 3.If the number of rounds for a fight is changed after this market has been set, then all bets on this market will be void.

If a fighter fails to answer a bell for the next round, then this will also be deemed a TKO. For betting purposes, KO/TKO options also include disqualification and retirement.
• To Score a Knockdown:

-
For Total Rounds settlement purposes, 2 minutes and 30 seconds (or whatever half of the regularly scheduled round time equals) will represent half a round. For example, for a bet on “Over 2.5 rounds” to be a winner, the fight must last beyond 2 minutes and 30 seconds in round 3.If the number of rounds for a fight is changed after this market has been set, then all bets on this market will be void.

eSports
• The Operator reserves the right to include and treat as eSports, offers on events related to games/genres not listed in the subsequent rules which reasonably fit the said description. Previous or future iterations of games/genre forming part of the same series, will be treated as per the rules related to that particular game/genre as present in these Sportsbook Rules, regardless of any different numbering and/or denomination. Should it be the case that a game, genre, event and/or offer related to it is not specifically listed in these Sportsbook Rules, settlement of such offers will be based on the general principles established in the Terms and Conditions.
• When placing a bet with the Operator, the Account Holder is agreeing that they have read, understood and will be adhering to the Sportsbook Rules as well as the other Terms and Conditions governing the usage of the Operator’s website.
• Unless specifically stated in this section, the rules present in the Operator’s general Terms and Conditions apply. In the event of ambiguity, priority will be set in the following order:
-
Rules and conditions published in conjunction with an offer and/or campaign;
-
eSports Game-specific rules (if applicable);
-
eSports Genre-specific rules;
-
eSports General Result Settlement rules;
-
The Operator’s general Terms and Conditions.
• Should none of the above provide an adequate resolution, the Operator reserves the right, according to its own discretion, to settle offers on an individual basis on the basis of equity, attaining itself to generally accepted betting norms, customs and definitions.
General eSport Settlement rules
• When settling results the Operator will do its utmost to attain itself to information obtained first hand (during or exactly after the event has been concluded) from the organizing association through the game broadcast and any relevant counters it might display, the game API and the official website. Should this information be conflictual, disputed and or omitted from first hand viewing as well as official sources and/or there is an obvious Error in the information included in the sources above, the settlement of the bet offer will be based on other public sources.
• Settlement of bets will not include any changes deriving from and/or attributable to, but not limited to: disqualifications, penalisations, protests, sub-judice results and/or successive changes to the official result after the event has been completed and a result has been announced, even preliminarily. For bets referring to competitions which span over more than 1 round/stage (E.g.: Tournament Bets), only amendments affecting bets which settlement has not been decided yet will be taken into consideration. The following example is being provided as a general guideline of how such bets would be treated in case of comparable situations: A bet on a team to reach the semi-finals of a tournament will be considered as having been attained once the organizing association deems it as such, even if the same team is disqualified from the tournament at a later stage for any reason whatsoever.
• Whilst all systematic precautions have been put in place in order to represent the most faithful rendition of the event as scheduled by the governing association, any reference to the order in which the participants are shown, venues, etc, is to be deemed for information purposes only. Switching of home/away participants as well as previously announced venues, will not be deemed as valid grounds for cancellation of bets placed.
• Before or during an event/match, the Operator may decide to show current and past scores, counters and other statistics related to the offer. It is to be understood that the Operator provides such data for information purposes only and does not acknowledge or accept any liability whatsoever for the accuracy of such data. All data presented in this regard must be treated as unofficial and any inaccuracy will not be deemed as valid grounds for the cancellation of bets placed.
• Should the name of any participant/event/game be misspelled and/or has changed, bets will remain valid granted that it is reasonably clear and can be ascertained through reputable sources, that the object that the bet has been placed upon, is the same as the participant/event/game intended.
• The deadline (cut-off time) shown on the website is to be treated for information purposes only. The Operator reserves the right, at its own discretion, to suspend, partially or completely, the betting activity at any time where it deems necessary.
• The Operator reserves the right, solely at its own discretion, to void bets should any of the following situations arise:
-
The Operator experience lags in receiving data/image streams from any of its sources/providers resulting in the Operator presenting odds not reflecting the current state of the bet;
-
it is reasonably obvious that bets have been placed from accounts which have access to data/image streams not available at that time to the Operator;
-
bets have been placed after any participant has gained an advantage enough to alter the odds of any offer, even just theoretically, without said odds having been adjusted to reflect the current state of the bet.
• Should a match start at a different time than that listed on the website this will not be deemed as valid grounds for cancellation of the bets, granted that the exact same match is the next match taking place for both teams within the same tournament and is valid for the round/stage initially intended for.
• Unless specifically stated, if the organizing association includes any necessary extra rounds/overtime, qualifying match/es or series of matches in order to determine any classification and/or match outcome, the Operator will take into account the results and outcomes deriving from the added matches/rounds/overtime for settlement purposes of bets referring to said match/classification.
• All bet offers related to matches, or parts thereof, which do not take place at all or are awarded a result through a walk-over decision will be declared void. For settlement purposes action within a match (or part thereof) is considered to have occurred as to either when the game clock has started or whenever a participant performs an in-game action related to the match (or part thereof), whichever happens first.
• Offers related to matches/or parts thereof which get abandoned for whatever reason and no result is declared by the official organization within 36 hours from the actual match start, will have the stakes refunded on those bet offers whose result has not yet been determined. All bet offers that have been decided prior to the abandonment and could not possibly be changed regardless of future events, will be settled according to the decided outcome.
• For all Match odds, Series Outcome and Team to go Through offers, the first official decision on the outcome of the offer issued by the governing association within 36 hours of match completion/abandonment will be the deciding factor for the settlement of bets, including but not limited to any decisions involving disqualifications, withdrawals, concessions, etc., which will be taken into account for settlement purposes. In cases where the offer ends in a drawn outcome, with said outcome not having been available as a possible outcome for betting purposes, stakes will be refunded.
• Should it be decided that an abandoned fixture (or part thereof) is to be continued from the beginning within 36 hours of the original start time, all bets placed on the initial match will stand and will be settled through the outcomes deriving from the continued play.
• Should it be decided that an abandoned fixture (or part thereof) is restarted from the beginning within 36 hours of the original start time, all bets placed on the initial match which could not be settled through the outcomes deriving from the play prior to abandonment, will be declared void.
• Should it be the case that either participant is involved in a match from the same tournament with a different opponent between the time of the abandonment and the continuation of the initial match, all pending bets on the initial match, will be settled as void regardless of the outcomes obtained during the continuation of the match.
• Offers referring to tournament outcomes and or matches/events scheduled over a 2 or more days-span, will remain valid provided that said event is considered completed and an official result is announced by the official organization within the specified year, regardless of the current/future participation (or lack thereof) of any listed and/or previously announced participant, unless otherwise stated.
• In cases of matches which have not been completed before their natural conclusion, and when a result is issued through a decision by the association not more than 36 hours from the actual event’s start without play having continued following the abandonment, the Operator will use the issued decision as the official result for the offers detailing the outcome of the match and/or tournament progress (E.g. Match odds and Participant to reach next round) granted that the issued decision does not change the outcome of the said bet offers at the time of the abandonment. In that case the stakes will be refunded. (E.g. Team A leading 2 Maps to nil in a best of 5 Maps match and Team B concedes: Association declares Team A as winner of the match = bet stands. Meanwhile if the same best of 5 Maps match was abandoned with the score 1-1 and the Association declares either team as the winner, the bet will be considered as void). All other offers will be declared void except for those the outcomes of which have been decided prior to the abandonment and could not possibly be changed regardless of future events, which will be settled according to the decided outcome.
• Settlement of bet offers linked to counters (E.g. Total Kills) and any other offers related to specific terminology will be decided according to the definition with which the official governing body issues said statistics. Unless backed by uncontradictory evidence, the Operator will not acknowledge any complaints which derive from a personal interpretation of such terms.
• When placing "Outright" or "Place" bets, stakes will be refunded on participants/outcomes that are not participating or withdraw from an event prior to the beginning of the entire event (including qualifying events), unless otherwise stated. The Operator reserves the right, at its own discretion, to apply Tattersalls Rule 4, on any competition and this will be stated in correlation to the bet offer and/or the relevant Sport-specific rule (available upon request).
• Offers referring to a single participant’s performance in a specific event/timeframe (such as Tournament Progress of Team X) require the listed participant to play an active part at least once in a subsequent stage of the applicable event/timeframe after the bet has been placed and/or accepted.
• No refunds of bets will apply, even if the winning outcome of a match/event is a participant/outcome that has not been listed for betting purposes. On all bet offers the Account Holder has the possibility to ask for a price on a non-listed participant/outcome. The Operator reserves the right, at its own discretion, to decline such requests.
• Offers which confront against each other the performances of two or more participants over a specified timeframe/competition will only be settled based on the result of the listed participants, disregarding all other participants in the same competition/event.
• In case a participant is disqualified/withheld/banned from taking part in a subsequent part/phase of an event/competition for any reason whatsoever, as well as in case of voluntary withdrawals, the disqualification will be considered to have taken place at the time of the official announcement. No alterations will be made to previous results, regardless of any modifications due to said actions.
• In an "Outright" or "Place" bet, should two or more participants be considered to have obtained the same result and the organizing association does not distinguish in their classification the “Dead Heat rule” as specified in the Operator’s Sportsbook Rules applies.
• The Operator will refund stakes on offers comparing the achievements/performances of two participants within a specified timeframe (E.g. Tournament Best Finishing Position, Match Winner, Winner of Map X) should any of the following circumstances apply:
-
No odds were offered on a “draw” outcome and no tie-breaking procedures/overtime/extra rounds are used by the organizing association to result a match/offer or classify participants that obtained the same result;
-
Any of the listed participants does not play any further part in any subsequent stage of the related event/part thereof after the bet has been placed and/or accepted;
-
None of the listed participants is included in the applicable classification;
-
None of the listed participants is deemed to have achieved the specified requirement after the bet has been placed and/or accepted and no odds for such outcome has been offered.
• Offers comparing the achievements/performances of three participants will be treated as detailed in above clause, with the exception that should two or more participants share the applicable finishing position the “Dead Heat rule” as specified in the Operator’s Sportsbook Rules applies.
• “Outright” and “Place” bets rules apply on offers comparing the achievements/performances of four or more participants, with the exception of those offers specifically listed as “Group Betting”. In such cases, stakes will be refunded should at least one of the listed participants not be actively involved anymore for whatever reason after the bet has been placed and/or accepted.
• Unless the outcome of the offer has already been determined before any change is announced, bets referring to a race to a particular happening/totals of a particular occurrence (E.g. First participant to win X rounds, Over/Under Maps played) or the margins/difference of completed occurrence between participants (E.g. Map Handicap, Exact Map score in the match) will be settled as void in case the match format is completely changed in a way that would alter the counter of such occurrences and their respective odds, including but not limited to cases where the number of scheduled Maps is changed from a previously announced odd number of scheduled Maps (E.g. Best of 1/3/5) to an even number of scheduled Maps (E.g. Best of 2/4/6) and vice-versa. Bets will stand and will be settled accordingly for those offers where the announced change is not relevant (E.g. Match odds will remain valid if the number of scheduled Maps is changed from the previously announced 3 Maps to 5 Maps), or the outcome of the offer has already been determined before any change is announced. The following example is being provided as a general guideline of how such bets would be treated in case of comparable situations: A bet on “To win 1st Map” will remain valid if a match is changed from 3 to 5 Maps but an Over/Under bet on Total Maps in the Match would be settled as void in a similar scenario.
• Should the Operator erroneously offer odds and lines based on a different number of Maps/Games/Rounds from the correctly scheduled number of said instances, settlement of offers referring to a race to a particular happening/totals of a particular occurrence (E.g. First participant to win X rounds, Over/Under Maps played) or the margins/difference of completed occurrence between participants (E.g. Map Handicap, Exact Map score in the match) will be settled as void in case the match format is completely different in a way that would alter the counter of such occurrences and their respective odds, including but not limited to cases where the number of scheduled Maps is calculated on an odd number of scheduled Maps (E.g. Best of 1/3/5) when the match is scheduled for an even number of Maps (E.g. Best of 2/4/6) and vice-versa. Bets will stand and will be settled accordingly for those offers where the discrepancy is not relevant (E.g. Match odds will remain valid if the number of scheduled Maps quoted is 3 instead of the stipulated 5 Maps), or the outcome of the offer has already been determined before any change is announced. The following example is being provided as a general guideline of how such bets would be treated in case of comparable situations: A bet on “To win 1st Map” will remain valid if a match is listed as 3 instead of 5 Maps but an Over/Under bet on Total Maps in the Match would be settled as void in a similar scenario.
• During specific events the Operator might decide, solely at its own discretion, to offer for betting purposes a reduced selection of participants which could include betting options such as "Any Other", "The Field", or similar. This option includes all unlisted participants except for the ones mentioned specifically as available. The Operator reserves the right to list/specify more participants at a later stage. Should these newly listed participants be the winning outcome, they will be considered as having been unlisted until the time they have actually been introduced to the list and settled accordingly.
• Offers that make a specific reference to a participant’s performance in a particular event/timeframe (e.g. Team X vs The Field or Winner without Team X) are to be considered void if the mentioned participants fail to play an active part at least once in a subsequent stage of the applicable event/timeframe after the bet has been placed and/or accepted.
• Should a match start with a different number of players than that encompassed in the event regulations (E.g.: Either team starts a match with only 4 players instead of the scheduled 5 players), all bets will be determined as void. In case either team loses momentarily and/or permanently from the match any number of players, after the match has started with the stipulated number of participants as per the event regulation, bets will remain valid.
• Bets on matches/events featuring participants which use a different/wrong nickname or using a so-called “smurf account” will stand, granted that it does not become reasonably obvious that the participant using that particular nickname is not the one intended. In such cases bets will be settled as void.
• Bets on a team are to be considered valid regardless of the individuals used by said team as participants. Should the organizing association deem it permissible for a team to play with a stand-in participant or replacement player, all bets will stand granted that an official result is issued.
• Any form of a qualification ahead of the main tournament (where applicable) is considered to be a valid part of that competition. Thus any participant who is eliminated at qualification stage will be considered losing to anyone that is prequalified or is successful in the qualification stage.
• In the case of bets where there is reference to timeframes, they should be interpreted in the following way: “within the first 30 minutes” will include anything happening until 0 hours 29 minutes and 59 seconds; “between 10 to 20 minutes” will include anything happening from 10 minutes and 0 seconds until 19 minutes and 59 seconds.
• Any bets referring to duration represent the actual time passed in the map/round/event, as applicable. For example, a bet on Over 30.5 minutes in a Map will be settled as Over once 30 minutes and a half in the specified map have passed.
• Any reference to “Winner” and/or “Upper” bracket will remain valid regardless of whether Maps and/or any other advantages are awarded via the event rules to any participant.
• Advantages awarded via event structure will be considered for settlement purposes, unless otherwise specified. Nonetheless, any reference to specific indexes of Maps, Games, etc as presented on site is always to be considered as relevant to the phase of the match being actually played. Example: in a best of 3 Maps match where Team A starts with a 1 Map advantage, any Map 1 related offers will actually refer to the outcomes emanating from the second Map of the match, ie. the first Map to be actually played.
